Therapeutic Approach:
Heather combines evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and strengths-based methods with a deeply compassionate and respectful approach. She believes in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can process their experiences, heal from past challenges, and move toward a renewed sense of purpose. Her work emphasizes collaboration and empowerment, helping each client progress at their own pace while honoring their unique journey.

Professional Focus:
Heather is passionate about guiding individuals through recovery and beyond, recognizing that true healing involves more than symptom relief. She supports clients in building sustainable tools for long-term wellness and works to address both the emotional and practical aspects of recovery. In addition to her clinical practice, she is dedicated to promoting community wellness by providing education and resources that help individuals in recovery thrive personally, professionally, and relationally.

Outside of Therapy:
Outside of her work with clients, Heather enjoys engaging in mindfulness practices, lifelong learning, and spending time outdoors. These personal values of presence, growth, and connection reflect the same principles she brings to her therapeutic practice.
