Children's therapy

We support children and adolescents through a wide range of life transitions and emotional challenges. Therapy can help young people better understand their emotions, build resilience, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

We work with children and teens facing:

We also offer ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum, supporting their development of communication, emotional regulation, and daily living skills. Our therapists work collaboratively with parents to tailor strategies to each child’s unique needs.
We recognize that every child is different—and that their mental health is deeply connected to their environment. We welcome parental involvement when appropriate and invite parents or caregivers to participate in appointments as needed. While we prioritize the privacy and autonomy of our young clients, we stay in communication with families to provide coordinated, holistic care.
Our therapists are experienced in working not only with children but with families as a whole. When helpful, we offer family therapy sessions, and if a parent or caregiver would benefit from their own individual support, we can match them with another therapist on our team.
Our goal is to support both the child and the family system around them—creating space for healing, growth, and more connected relationships.
