Couple therapy

We work with couples at many different stages of their relationship—whether they’re just starting out, preparing for marriage, building a family, navigating long-term partnership, or facing significant changes together. We welcome couples of all ages, backgrounds, and relationship structures, including LGBTQ+ partners and non-monogamous or polyamorous relationships.
Couples therapy can be helpful when partners feel stuck in conflict, disconnected from each other, or uncertain about the future. Sometimes therapy is a space to repair a relationship. Other times, it’s a place to strengthen what’s already working, or to learn how to move forward with more understanding and intention.
We commonly work with couples facing:
- Infidelity, breaches of trust, or emotional distance
- Fertility challenges, including IVF and pregnancy loss
- Communication breakdowns
- Parenting differences
- Intimacy and sexual concerns
- Ongoing conflict or unresolved resentment
- Divorce, separation, or re-evaluating the relationship
- Life transitions (career shifts, relocation, caregiving, retirement)
- Identity exploration or differences in personal growth

Couples therapy can help partners build stronger communication, develop healthier ways of handling conflict, and reconnect emotionally. It can support deeper understanding, improved intimacy, and more intentional decision-making—whether that means continuing the relationship or making a different choice with care and clarity.
Our therapists offer a supportive, structured space to explore what’s happening between you and your partner, and to begin shifting the patterns that aren’t working. We don’t take sides. We’re here to help both people feel heard, understood, and supported in building a relationship that feels more connected, respectful, and sustainable.
